Park Slope Portfolio

The Park Slope Portfolio was a package of four Brooklyn multifamily buildings we bought off-market from a long-time owner - among them 1 Lincoln Place in Park Slope and 311 Sixth Avenue. Rather than treat them as a quick trade, we improved the buildings around the people already living in them, drew in families and young professionals, and then sold the four to three separate buyers.
