9306 Shorefront Parkway

We acquired 9306 Shorefront Parkway as a defaulted construction loan on a Rockaway site that had been slated for luxury condominiums. We completed the foreclosure, took over the existing foundation, and worked through a zoning extension to change the plan entirely.

What went up instead was 64 affordable apartments with large layouts, ocean views, and penthouse balconies. We built it, we still own it, and we manage it directly - a stalled, unloved site turned into quality affordable housing on the waterfront.
