The market called 309 West 111th Street a Harlem building. We saw an extension of the Upper West Side, a block from Columbia. We repositioned and renovated it, drawing a new mix of Columbia graduate students, young doctors, and families.

It sold into a strong market in under three years, before the renovation was even finished.
